Cologne- but better.
I have a rule that I only keep EDP or higher. This fragrance is one of my exceptions. She's labeled cologne (roughly 5%) but she performs like a strong EDT or lower EDP. She's bright, fresh, lemon

She's worth being in the collection.
She's a white floral without being too heady and headache inducing. She's lemon forward, without the synthetic or photo realistic. Like you took lemon zest and added it to a bath. She's a cologne
