It really is mind blowing to me every time I smell this just how realistic it is. Such high levels of perfumery. Literally smells like the entire fig tree, bark and all.

I actually haven’t tried the EDP yet but I plan on doing so soon! I heard the EDT was a bit more unique and realistic so I sampled it first. I’m about halfway done with my travel spray so I’ll probably get the EDP soon and decide which I want a FB of. Have you tried the EDP? Is what they say true? Lol

I'd say not true 🤣 I've tried both, had 3ml samples of each and put them head to head loads of times. They're altogether very similiar but I settled on a bottle of the EDP. It still opens very green and chlorophylly like a freshly snapped stem. It goes more lactonic/creamy/lotion-like whereas the EDT stays ever so slightly more fresh. I get an extra couple hours wear from the EDP too.

I appreciate the insight! I really love creamy scents so I’m interested now. Have you tried Debaser? It dried down sweeter on me after starting fresh, I’m wondering if it’s similar to that? I already have a couple of more creamy figs so I probably don’t need it but that doesn’t stop the want 😅

I only tried the EDT today, and I thought it was great! Only tried on blotter, though, so I’ll have to get a small decant to give it a proper test run. Very nice choice! Enjoy the rest post night shift 🙌🏼

I opted for the edt. I did find the edp sat even closer to the skin but hung around longer. But in my extreme heat, I didn’t love the slightly denser dry down of the edp

Philosykos EDT is a fresh, green fig perfume. This is nothing but the entire fig tree - stems, leaves, fruit and all - in a bottle, and I love it. It is an extremely green, photorealistic depiction

I guess it's a very Diptyque day 😁 I wanted to compare the EDP that I wore yesterday to the EDT, so I picked the EDT to wear this afternoon. Fortunately, I still have a little bit left in my decant.
