Pulled this one out and finally wore it. Very bitter opening from the rhubarb. At the heart is an early fall almost camphorous woodiness, and the base has a deep red rose that keeps rising from the base as it dries down with the rhubarb tartness dancing around it. This reminds me of playing in the backyard of childhood friends, when their copse of trees were trimmed and branches were in piles to be cleaned up... coupled with the smell of Grammy's rose garden.

    They have a perfume shop just down the road from me and I’ve been meaning to go in and smell some and this has really gave me the incentive to do so!
