Wearing Powder Love by Juliette Has a Gun

I got this as a sample in my ipsy bag and I'm shocked I actually like it? The notes sound like a nightmare to me but something about it is hitting me in the nostalgia and I can't quite figure out what it is. This maybe smells like some kind of toy I had? Or maybe a hair product? I'm not sure what is with the name though as there is zero powder I'm detecting

Edit - couple hours in and this had to be scrubbed, made me nauseous af 😢
