I've got an older, "prison bars" style bottle. Luna Rossa opens sharp, but not in the acidic, green apple type sharp that I strongly dislike. I'm guessing it might be the bitter orange note listed?

PLR might be the only fragrance I have where I don't love the opening. There's a lot of green apple, which I'm not a fan of. After the first half hour, though, I love how clean and bright it feels.

Clean, crisp and slightly elegant. It has a sharp citric shower gel type opening that I'm not a huge fan of. PLR does quickly move into a really enjoyable phase where lavender, mint and sage dominate

It's gonna be a warm one, and I've got a short workday and then an outdoor department gathering. Luna Rossa is fresh enough for the heat and will still have a nice presence in the afternoon.
