Reptile

Reptile is so interesting because it gives me an immediate, and very specific, scent memory - the smell of my Aunt's house after we'd all gone swimming and come back to take a shower. It has a bit of that chlorine pool smell, but not in a bad way. I think it's the soapy musks with the damp moss giving me that mental picture. The leather note is very mild. My aunt did have a lot of leather furniture and fancy bags in her house, so maybe that's what I'm smelling! The pepper is not spicy, but gives a bit of earthiness and warmth to the scent. This is an interesting one for sure. Super soapy and mossy. It smells like hair after you've gone swimming and taken a shower - clean and soapy, but still has that faint pool chlorine scent.

Projection is moderate on this one, with it projecting for about 2-3 hours and lasting on my skin for around 11 hours.

This is an interesting take on a clean scent that isn't tart and aldehylic, and it doesn't smell like typical shampoo either - it's not sweet or fruity, and is very grown up. Pure, clean soapy musks and moss. I don't hate it - it's quite nice, but it's not a love. I'll give it a 7/10.
