Sweet, Strong and Lasts Long

On my skin, this fragrance is extremely narcotic/ indolic and syrupy sweet. I get barely any spice (if any) from the reported copalhu balm, tonka bean and musk. I would say this one is a red currant-iris-vanilla bomb—which is lovely to test and experience, but can also offend as this one is easy to overspray.

Royal Marina is not as loud as frags like Chanel no.5 (atomic aldehyde bombs and such; I've heard "Followed" by Kerosene is similarly atomic but haven't gotten my nose on it yet), but it is EXTREMELY sweet. I laugh at there being anything besides red currant, iris and vanilla listed in this—I can't detect the other notes very distinctly but I bet this would've been a plain ol' sugar bomb without them😂I can always smell this on my clothing for days after wearing it.
