I feel like life is too short to wear the same stuff everyone else wears. That is a kinda snobby approach, I know. I was anti Sausage right from those cringe Depp adverts but fast forward to smelling this flanker on a friend & it really got me. It's the liquorice that gives it the twist. It's a decent all rounder where you can wear it to work or if you're going out. I still wouldn't wanna wear this every single day of my life like 1 of the people I work with, but I can certainly see why it's a big go to for so many sheep, I mean people

    I've always avoided the Sauvage line because I tend to do that with anything super popular, but I have to admit I don't think I've heard a negative word about this other than the fact that it's easy to over apply. I might have to give it a sniff sometime, but feel like it might occupy a similar space in my collection as Eau Sauvage Parfum.

      I do find it a bit obnoxious, but then it kinda fits the wearer anyway a lot of the time. I liken this to getting a pair of popular sneakers, where they're still decent, but I'll wear occasionally and / or put on ice till the hype fades & go back then. I can't say that I've smelt ESP is it close to the OG? It's been literally decades since I've smelt that

      Eau Sauvage Parfum is pretty different from the original Eau Sauvage EdT. The Parfum is heavier and more barbershopish. The 2017 release I have has an old school feel to it; I haven't tried the original formula from 2012, but it seems similar aside from having more prominent spice notes.
