For the last three days I have been decluttering my closet, hence my lack of full participation around here! I tend to get distracted very easily and I had to put my phone far away so I could get anywhere with this task! Anyway, I was looking forward to putting this wonderful scent on after shower, for bedtime as it is so gorgeous! I got it as a sample from someone on the fragrance boards and I have completely fallen in love with it! I have also decided I need it!! Well, jokes on me because I wasn’t wearing my glasses and I grabbed the other sample Santal Greenery, which is also very beautiful but oh so green, too green for bed 😭!!! I don’t want to smell like this!!! 😭 😭 😭

    I had the travel size of Santal Greenery and gave it to my diabetes because it was tooooo green for me too. Difficult to find an occasion to wear it. Soie Malaquais is my favorite of the entire line!

      I mean maybe during the day after a workout might be good? It’s lively and super fresh, but right now I am just trying to escape it and I can’t because I’m an oversprayer too! 😭 🤦‍♀️

      Yeah that would be rough for me to try to sleep to also. I’ve done that, btw. Grabbed the entirely wrong scent in my nearsighted sleep haze.

      Me too. I wish scent split carried them so I could just grab a couple to try, it’s always a gamble going for a full set from a house I’ve never tried before because I’m picky.

      Same! I also don’t have anywhere close to me that sells them, so it’s discovery set or bust (unless another sample site carries them, I just haven’t found one yet). I now understand why people sell partial sets and random samples on Mercari—can really be hit or miss.

    Ohh noo. Santal Greenery is defo a ‘wake me up’ with that green fig. Hopefully the creamy dry down made you feel dreamy and sleepy 🤞

      Yes actually I woke up with the most beautiful scent around my shoulders and sheets, it was AMAZING actually! But the getting to sleep was really not fun at all!
