Confused about steamed rainbow

I first tried steamed rainbow as a tiny little dabber sample and I was obsessed. The steamed note came across like steamed rice when I dabbed it on my arm, I was obsessed. But now that I’ve upgraded to a spray decant, I don’t get that same concentrated steamed rice note and I get more bug spray.

Oh well, paired these two because it’s 28 degrees and rainy today. And I need to make myself wake up for my golden weekend
