It’s vanilla forward and I don’t get too much carrot cake off the bat. It does develop slowly and you can smell the spices as the fragrance warms up in skin. I will say it’s not like most ME perfumes where it’s a blast of alcohol up your nose. It’s actually very nice and not super sweet!
