Boozy mess

A perfume for a beautiful mess in your life. It promises all the right things and delivers all the deliciously wrong ones, disapearing abruptly afterwards.

The notes in a description are promising like the bio on the dating site and are accurate, but not quite. The date starts with the drinks of cherry liqueur, intoxicating davana and pistachio. But it's there pre-gamed to the gills, smelling strongly of liquor that overbears everything else. The next comes the stated flowers and sweet caramel-cinnamon fun. All you get is a stuffy dusty rose though. It dwindles down quick to a barely there sweet nothing and then it's gone completely. Just a few hours of entertainment and then gone.

I kind of get it, but I also don't. The longevity that is common for City Rhytm perfumes isn't there, the monster sillage is still present though for what it's worth. It's neither here nor there, it sort of delivers the promised notes, but in a very unusual way. It's way too boozy to be a typical women's fragrance and too rosey to be a typical men's one. It's not typical at all and I believe it'll suit someone with a fun, messy sort of vibe, a person of unconventional tastes and extravagant choices.
