I knew this floppy hat would be perfect!

Name is spot on. It’s the initial excitement you get when first meeting up with friends on a bright Saturday, smiles and hugs and quick chatter. You’re hopping on a boat, or sipping rose in the park, or buzzing with some seltzer while walking along the Hudson on the west side. After that burst, you settle in, there’s less cross talk, there’s more comfort, and you catch up on things with a bit more substance (but nothing heavy or serious). A fantastic afternoon, kiss kiss, it was so lovely seeing you, drop your shades and wave while you walk towards the subway.
