A moment of zen during garden renovations

Just got hold of The Sixth today and the opening is definitely the best part for me. It has that sharp green lift from juniper, angelica and bitter herbs, with something almost cleansing about it.

I wish those initial notes lasted longer, because they are really interesting. They give it that slightly mystical and botanical feeling.

Once it settles, the dry down becomes calmer and softer. It's mossy, slightly earthy and a little green. I would say it's more neutral - masculine leaning and more grounded than bright. It loses some of the sparkle from the opening, but what remains is steadying and comforting. First impression: spiritual, composed, calming, and probably one I need to keep trying.
