Husband and I were going to go to our favorite café on his day off but we forgot they're closed on Mondays. So we're chillin' at home in the AC because it's gonna be HOT today, and it is perpetually humid here.

Anyway! This is a delightfully delicate, timeless fruitchouli. It is a little syrupy at first, but quickly becomes a beautifully textured dry green oakmoss/patchouli combo dotted with deep dark berries. Sandalwood floats in from the base, and brings it all together into an incredibly cozy edge-of-the-forest scent, like spending a lazy morning picking berries in a cardigan. I almost skipped this one in the store, but it was only $10 on clearance so my husband insisted. I looked up the notes and it was right up my alley. My only regret is that it's only 15ml.

      I definitely plan on checking out more of their stuff after this! It also came in such pretty packaging. I see a set of Tocca minis pretty often at Marshalls so I think I'll pick that up next time I see it.

    This sounds so pretty but I haven't seen this particular Tocca fragrance anywhere to smell.

      It was a blind buy for me on clearance. I'm not sure where testers for it might be. It's the first time i saw Tocca at Marshalls that wasn't just a mini. It hasn't been very long since I bought it, maybe a month or so, so it could still show up at other Marshalls, TJMaxx or Ross locations! I haven't smelled anything else from them.

      I remember a looong time ago Sephora had them and that's where I smelled the first few. I picked Giuletta but I haven't smelled any of the newer ones

      That one sounds lovely! Is it a lighter scent too? Despite Maya having notes that feel perfect for the cooler months, it's so delicate that it doesn't feel too heavy for hot days.

    It really is! I've liked several of Tocca's fragrances but the price of a bottle at Marshall's when full bottle appears is like $60...not sure if that's a good price

      Depends on the bottle size. A 50ml is like $92 and a 100ml is $148. Tocca isn’t a scent thay you find on sale often.
