Call of the Quagmire Witch

Quintessential fairytale quagmire perfume. It was made in collaboration with the band ZWYNTAR, and named after their song Tryasovyna, which means "quagmire." The song in question is a beautiful melancholic tale of a man and a woman meeting at the quagmire. The man is a serial killer whose many victims found their end in the same exact place, perfect for hiding traces of his crime. The woman is a witch who raises his past victims from the dead so they could enact their final vengeance and rest in peace. As they say, dating is never easy.

This perfume indeed embodies the scenery of such a song in a quite pleasant and magical way. It's leathery, very, very green, and has that fresh striking aquatic note, common for this brand's fragrances, with a petrichor twist. The description promises us a perfume for a walk in a forest, and this is what it does best. It's perfect for a nature walk since it smells like part of the wilderness, no perfumey nonsense.

The performance is okay, but considering its lack of synthetic ingredients, it works downright stellar. This is the only perfume I own three of (four if you count my husband's bottle). I like it so much. I sincerely recommend to anyone and anything, it's a fantastic all-around perfume that is both unique and universally pleasant. Masterful execution that.
