Gave it one more try this morning before shower. And it’s still a hard nope from me. From afar it’s a beautiful sweet, soft and fresh peony with fruity and ginger nuances. On my skin it turns overwhelmingly warm, cloying and induces a nauseous that’s reminiscent of my morning sickness days. Jealous of those that get to enjoy this and annoyed at my olfactory system that is hyperosmic to some synthetics. We can’t win them all 😩

    I smelled this too and did not enjoy it on paper! To be fair after i smelled barenia PF and terre nothing much could top those for me 😛

      Please don’t let me put you off, It could be perfect for you. It is a really lovely perfume, and so many of my perfume friends with similar tastes absolutely love it, it’s just whatever way my brain interprets one of the synthetics. It’s frustrating.

    Too real, I’m sensitive to some synthetics too and it’s led to disappointments. You just never know until you try it 😞

    Surprisingly this one is ok for me, but yeah, I think it's the one of the only Hermes fragrances I enjoy, aside from their Eaux de Colognes collection. Their DNA just doesn't work for me

    Ah, it always blows to find a scent great on paper that your skin just doesn’t want to vibe with. I will say I’m curious, I have the Twilly og miniature and while it isn’t my favorite Hermes, ginger thrown in sounds interesting!

    How does it compare to the regular Twilly? That's the only one I tried on the skin, and it wasn't half bad. And don't feel discouraged, it's okay to dislike things. Even if there's only 1% of perfumes you like, that's still plenty of bottles to wear!

    Eeeuuu. Sorry, some frags are just not meant to be! My worst is Jimmy Choo (the round pink bottle), it smells like rancid armpits! 😭 I kept it and every now and then I still test it and nope nope nope!!👎
