Bisch’s Grapefruity Tomato

Don’t be fooled by the name; this is a tomato fragrance through and through. It belongs to a collection called « Le Potager » (the vegetable garden). Interestingly, « potage » is the word for soup. Imagine leisurely walking through a dew-soaked garden, selecting fresh tomatoes, peas, cauliflower, beetroot, and fennel for a delicious soup to make for the evening meal. And that’s all you have to do that day. Bisch’s tomato is sublimely tart and vivacious. VE is one of my most treasured bottles.🍅
