Wavechild has become too sugary to my nose 😔

I sampled when it first released and fell in love with how much it reminded me of growing up in the aughts. I haven't reached for it in a while since my tastes have shifted to warmer scents.

Layering it with my beloved I Love Love to give it some zestiness to balance out the sweetness. I Love Love is a favorite scent of mine from childhood that I always doused myself with at the fragrance counter when I was a kid my mom's love for Light Blue was a massive influence on me). Finally snagged a bottle of it last month and I know 10-year-old me is HYPED.
