First encounter with the Zoologist house

This is the first scent from Zoologist that I tried. On paper, the scent profile seems to be righ up my alley.It opens with a strong, carrot-smelling scent; woody, earthy, and a bit green, you'll recognize that it's carrot. After an hour, the spicy herbs and incense notes start to shine through the carrot, and sharp citrus kumquat shows up every now and then. I think this is the phase that gives it its name "Tiger," orange (carrot and kumquat) and brown (herbs and incense) going back and forth. Four hours later, dry woody notes and dry herbs take over, and it smells quite pleasing; this is the phase that I like the most.Overall, I like the drydown, but it was quite a journey to get to that point. So I'm questioning myself: "Do I really want to sit through this carrot smell for hours just to smell the drydown for a few hours?"
