Long conference day; clocked over 13h between working, networking, and a bit of socialising. Feels so good having had a nice shower, followed by what will be my SOTN. Wish I had brought other options for my night scent, but better than none 🙌🏼

    Conferences really do drain your social battery so quickly, you have to be ‘on’ at all times. I always look forward to getting home or back to the hotel room and enjoying a bit of silence. This is so lovely though 🤗

      I feel the same way! I can be very social, when needed, but deep inside I’m an introvert who gets energy from being in my own little bubble 😅
