Acqua di Parma - Fico di Amalfi La Riserva takes everything I love about the original and presents it in a richer, more refined way.

Compared with the EDT, La Riserva is a little less sparkling and effervescent, but the citrus has a wonderful tart quality that immediately grabs my attention. What really impresses me, though, is the fig. Rather than feeling like a distinct fruity note sitting alongside the citrus, it seems beautifully woven throughout the composition. The result feels incredibly natural and cohesive.

There’s still that bright, relaxed Mediterranean character that makes the original so enjoyable, but La Riserva feels deeper, smoother, and more sophisticated without sacrificing freshness. It evokes ripe fig, tart citrus, aromatic greenery, and warm Mediterranean air rather than simply smelling “fruity” or “citrusy.”

On my first full wearing, I’m genuinely impressed. It feels familiar enough to immediately recognize the Fico di Amalfi DNA, yet different and elevated enough to justify owning alongside the EDT.

Fresh, tart, elegant, and beautifully composed. This one is stunning.
