Delicious crème anglaise

This isn’t a vanilla custard, but it’s definately a crème anglaise. Delicate, light, airy and floral mimosas blended with a sweet, milky vanilla, with an ambery and buttery brown sugar base that remains light throughout.

If you want to smell like a Michelin Star restaurant’s fancy deconstructed Pastel de Nata or like you’ve bathed in Crème Anglaise, then this is the one for you.

Delicious dreamy airy, gourmand vanilla. Very yummy, beautifully blended and utterly delicious. But it isn’t doing anything for me. Will likely use the decant up for bedtime, though will likely reach for my favourites more first.
