Heretic ParfumDirty Rose3.76 ratingsThis is FANTASTIC! Unlike most rose perfumes, the rose isn't overpowering and it doesn't smell of old lady. In fact the scent is quite seamlessly balanced between pink pepper, rose, cedar, vanilla, and just a hint of patchouli. I couldn't stop sniffing it, I wanted more and more.

I love rose scents! So this sounds interesting but what do you mean by "it doesn't smell like old lady"? Do you mean it isn't a heavy powdery floral?

Most rose perfumes have a similar and often overpowering smell, it's the kind of perfume when you smell it you immediately think of a 90 year old woman in her Sunday best wearing enough perfume to make your eyes water. Rose perfumes read as "old lady" a lot but this one doesn't.
