Brown Girl Jane is a brand I need to explore more. I only have two of their perfumes but they're both really good.

Despite the name, High Tea is not a tea perfume. It's supposedly a gourmand with listed notes of madeleines and macarons, but it's not cloying or heavy in the slightest. Personally, I don't get a particular gourmand note, but instead get 50% ambery vanilla and 50% orange flower water. It also has gentle milky facets and the slightest hint of Chai spice.

To me, it smells quite similar to the OG Burberry Goddess, but replacing lavender with orange flower water. A girly, pretty, delicate, vanilla floral. Very likeable and an easy daytime reach for any season.

Highly recommend if you like Goddess (which I do).

    I would not be lying down, I would be crying curled up in a fatal position! I couldn’t do your job, I’m always in admiration for anyone whose jobs involve heights.. they make it look so effortless. The perfume sounds amazing.. added to my ‘to try’ list. 🤗

      Haha, it's actually quite nice up high before it gets hot, especially if there's a breeze. After about 10 am it gets brutal though 😔 Which is why I usually have to wear heavy hitters or they just don't last. Let me know how you like this perfume if you try it. I think it's a very easy reach!

      The lavender can be pretty medicinal! Give this one a shot, it's very similar to me minus the lavender
