Phlur Honey Moon

Honey Moon is a delightful floral honey and vanilla scent. The honey isn't cloying at all, and is boosted by gentle orange blossom and a cozy vanilla base with creaminess from the Tonka bean and sandalwood. The lavender in this one is very understated. Overall, it smells more like how honey tastes rather than how honey smells - smooth and sweet, with extra complexity from subtle floral notes. It's also got this incredible buttery pastry and caramel/toffee scent that makes it even more delectable - my husband says it smells like waffle cones. Despite all the sugary notes, it retains a delicate airiness.

On my skin, strong projection for 2-3 hours, then about arm's length until hour 5. Lasts as a skin scent for 8 hours. Overall good projection and longevity.

A really fantastic release from Phlur. Elena Valdivieso Ruiz is really knocking it out of the park with a lot of her recent work. Highly recommend if you're looking for a yummy, cozy, sweet-but-not-too-sweet scent.
