When I first tried this months ago, my immediate thought was "this smells like an alcoholic vanilla bean pooted." I mean, I don't dislike it though!
I even bought a second bottle, because I just couldn't accept the lack of peony, jasmine and apple picked up by my nose—however, I still couldn't pick anything but vanilla and musk, from *both* bottles.
Then, I let them BOTH mature for...I think it's going on half a year now? At least 5 months.
And today, it still smells like the echoes of vanilla😂this is a skin scent to the max. Like I said before: I don't dislike it! But it's just funny to me that it claims to be a perfume, because it is the ONLY fragrance in my library that I overspray as a RULE.
I've seen complaints about MFK's Kurky being almost undetectable/ too much of a skin scent for the price. I have a sample of Kurky, LOVE IT, and would absolutely put Mad Potion in the same family of sweet, musky skin scenty perfumes.
I do prefer Kurky because it's more complex, but will remain content with Mad Potion for the time being because it's kinder to my pocket😆
