After sampling this, and testing it I knew I wanted to get a full bottle immediately. Although I’m a little bit disappointed because they seem to mishandle my packaging because when I open the box the bottle and the cap was loose and they were a few dents on them. Luckily it wasn’t broken and it sprayed just fine, but I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t at bit salty about the damage

    Can you exchange it for another? If you bought it retail you should be able to, that isn't new condition. If you bought it from eBay or Mercari and they did call out the damage you could return it as not as described.

    Glad you reached out to them and hope they make it right. For the price of their bottles, I wouldn't accept a damaged bottle purchased through them.
