I must’ve been in some sort of sensory psychosis in the Le Labo store

All of the samples I loved in store I hate at home in skin. Sigh. Ok maybe don’t hate but it’s so rich in a way that Im not into. This is another one I totally get why people would love, unfortunately it’s just not for me. Very smoky, incensy, rich and earthy.

I hate leaving bad reviews for perfumes I don’t think are bad, I think people that are into those notes will really like it, unfortunately I just aggressively don’t like it

    That's a shame! I wouldn't wear it, but Myrrhe 55 was one of the more pleasant ones I've sampled so far. Which of the others have you tried?

      On the test strip I did like it, just not on my skin. I bought Gaiac 10, really like vanille 44, sampled and didn’t love shiu and poivre, still have citron to sample. The only other one I’d buy is vanille 44 but for the price it fades way too quick on skin

      Agreed, Vanille 44 had abysmal performance on my skin too and altogether felt very plain. So many better vanilla fragrances out there.
