Wearing Naki by Pernoire

Fruity and green up top. The fruit is mild and not too sweet or loud. But something about the green and aquatic notes together just doesn’t work for me. I’m usually iffy on aquatic notes. The saltiness just doesn’t do it for me.

The one fragrance where I’ve actually found those notes to work is the ambergris in Jubilation 40. There it’s providing a little bit of lift for all the dark resins, spices, and fruits. I also think they use real ambergris.
