Testing a bunch of samples this evening....

Still hadn't tried a bunch of samples and decants I've acquired recently so....

Chest: * Lorenzo Villoresi Teint de Neige. Powdery, familiar, cozy. Pleasant but probably more one for bed with one spray.

On the arms/hands:

* Pearfat Rabbit Rabbit - OK but need to investigate further * Xerjoff Lira - think this could grow on me * Fugazzi Purple - immediately no. It has that note that I pick up as slightly sick-y and hits the back of my tongue, and absolutely STICKS like glue to my skin. Got the same with some Tiziana scents and a couple of others... might be a musk but not sure. SCRUBBER. * Lalique Amethyst. Pleasant! Will try again. * SL Chergui - promising and also weirdly familiar? * SL Féminité du Bois. YES. Addictive... will be doing a proper test of this one SOON.

    I love Amethyst .. it was a grower for me. Thought it was nice, then like it more each time I wore it. I layer it with Sugar Plum Body Butter in December to smell like a Christmas Sugar Plum Fairy lol

      It's really lovely. And I think that loveliness stood out like a gentle beacon of light amongst some more... 'challenging' scents I was sampling. It's in my handbag today for further sniffs
