Testing Again

This is my 2nd test of Tobacco Chocolate.

I bought a 5 ml decant. I was intrigued by the notes Since I love Tobacco Vanille I was hopeful it would be somewhat similar. Alas, no.

There's a bitter note, probably the orange, that's too prominent which I find off-putting. The rest of the journey is *ok*. The chocolate is dark, dry, with a hint of bitterness. The tobacco is fairly restrained. It's dense and resiny.

All fine but overall leans too far into masculine territory for my tastes.

I will say on the second try it's better than the first time. Maybe it's weather related or I am understanding it better. Maybe it's better late in the day. Perhaps it's one which may grow on me. But even if it does, it's not something I want to wear personally though I might find it more appealing on my husband.

Not terrible but not their best. IMO of course. Ymmv as the saying goes but I suggest testing this one. It's not blind buy safe.
