The base notes are my general wheelhouse but there’s something in it that doesn’t sit well on my skin, it’s a bit synthetic and unpleasant. The vanilla is nice but whatever that other note is makes it smell like an expired cheap body mist

    I have not found a gritti I really enjoy. Think the house and I are just not meant to be.

      Have you tried any Choix fragrances —same house basically so maybe you have tried more than you think Those don’t work for me either.
