I saw Vermeil suggested for those who enjoyed Miller Harris’ Violet Ida (raises hand) so I ordered a sample via ScentSplit. I was immediately struck by how similar the violet and iris accords were to Violet Ida. But where Violet Ida is sweet, gauzy, this is more “dusty” powdery, deeper. For a powdery perfume, its staying power is good: about 5-6 hours. Comforting and soft, this is a favorite of mine to wear to bed.

Had a day today and am heading in early with my Sonos playing something Jack Johnson-y, a book (if I can focus) and Vermeil. This is a soft, gauzy almost hazy powdery scent with (you guessed it)
