Excellent Service from Gallery by Flo

Wanted to share my recent experience with Gallery by Flo! These are screencaps from my perfume submission to the website and EC's responses—so helpful and interested in doing everything they can to source new perfumers' work to curate for their perfume gallery!
Last pic is of their response to my review of the 2ml Ambergris Finish I broke and posted about here on WhatScent 🧡 (and they followed through with the complimentary replacement, with top notch presentation you can see in the 5th+6th pic🧡)
I still need to review MAMM Vol.1 (GbF's printed "visual study of atmosphere, silhouette, and material presence inspired by molecular muses." which features 4 absolutes and 2 co2s accompanied by a 28 page booklet of curated images) and the GbF perfume sample I was gifted with my last order ("Promenade," which I *also* still need to enter into the database😮💨😆).
Anyway, I *highly* recommend honoring this establishment with your patronage! (And I have yet to get a leaky sample from GbF!)
