Love-O-Matic · Room 1015
Tried a 3 layer combo of 1. Love-o-matic 2. Imagination 3. Vibrato to the office today. Was in the lift after a meeting and one of my colleagues said whatever you have on today is the greatest thing

Wood Sage & Sea Salt · Jo Malone
An easy reach for summertime. I’ve actually never had longevity issues with this one, lasts all day on me even in the heat! This was one of my first full bottle purchases, from when I had time to
Curlyhen
Aqua Allegoria Nettare di Sole · Guerlain
I love this perfume. It’s not for everyone. It has a scent memory I’ve chased for years from my childhood; Royal Jelly. And so it brings me immense happiness and feels special to me. I wear it with

Mana · Nishane
Yeah, this is getting ordered... was blessed enough by a tourist who actually had the bottle in a local coffee shop and I asked for a test. So G-oooooud. Insanely so to my nose. Ginger, a pristine

Gris Charnel · BDK Parfums
I typically don't wear this when it's sunny or warm. Today I'm curious to see what it's like in this weather. I also wanted to show some love to my full bottles. Gris Charnel was my first niche love.

Goddess Amber Vanilla · Burberry
Super quick postage from France got me this baby within a week 😍 It's gorgeous. I have a mini of Goddess and found it underwhelming. I own Angham instead and go for it or Libre Intense for my

Baccarat Rouge 540 · Maison Francis Kurkdjian
How I went from despising this perfume and thinking it smelled like wet garbage to smelling it on a friend and slowly becoming obsessed. I tried to convince myself that maybe I was just being

Mugler Cologne · Mugler
I have a lot of packages arriving right now but I also am revamping my apartment and life and it's amazing! Cologne by Thierry Mugler is an exercise in restraint— it is the dialectical opposite of

Vanilla Woods · The 7 Virtues
Testing this sample. I didn't realize it had pear notes until I looked it up and of course it makes sense that I love it. I was worried it would be too woody but it's smooth and has nice depth. It's

Häxan · Heretic Parfum
There's something deeply ancient about this fragrance, it evokes something primal that very much reminds of Ydalir by Alkemia. Ydalir is the heat of summer or the peak of spring when the beasts are

B-612 · Nishane
B-612 gets sprayed when I don't know what to wear. That's not to say it's somehow inferior, but quite the opposite. Its fresh, mossy, aromatic tranquility is something I always feel comfortable

Mist Becoming Rain · Alkemia Perfumes
Raining on and off today, felt like a good day to sample this one! First impressions: opens fresh and green, very stemmy. Reminds me of fresh parsley. Then the rain-drenched hazelwood comes in

Myrrh & Tonka · Jo Malone
Wore this last night, but only getting around to logging it now. I know people complain about the lasting power of Jo Malone but this stuff is eternal on me. And the scent itself is just so good.

Rose or Die · Lancome
I've wanted this for awhile and recently got it on sale. This is (almost) all of Lancome's Absolue line, which are all riffs on rose. Just a quick paper test today - my quick first thoughts with more

Sweet Tea · Demeter Fragrance
Just on a whim, I decided today I would try this out today; to me, it's actually more reminiscent of Thai iced tea. It goes on with a sweet floral scent, but you can pick up on tea and an almost

Yuma · Pernoire
Had to put Yuma on my other arm to compare with Buongiorno. Actually quite similar although Yuma is definitely stronger. Buongiorno has already faded away significantly after two hours and has very

Flora Gorgeous Orchid Intense · Gucci
Had to stop at Sephora today and they had both this and the original gorgeous orchid so of course each got their own inner elbow. At the top it's a very sweet floral, to me, and I quickly picked up
Chronic Oversprayer
Feminité du Bois · Serge Lutens
This one didn’t grab me instantly, the magic is in the drydown. It’s got the feminine shape of a lot of perfume I’ve smelled before but it’s very unusual and has some more masculine features than the

Buongiorno · Acqua di Parma
Basil, mint, and citrus, but nice and smooth and not chemical cleaner adjacent. A tad soapy, but not overly so. This is better Torino 21 if you ask me 21 is too harsh and cleaner like to my nose.

Blanche · Byredo
Day 4 of my Byredo exploration with their discovery kit! This one is quite strange. I really do love clean, musky, and powdery scents. But this one instantly evoked to me, the smell of that bright

Woody Sandalwood · Dossier
Autumn cannot come soon enough. I wanna stomp on some crackly leaves and spend an hour huffing every autumn scented candle in Home Goods. Bring on decorative gourd season, motherfuckers. Dossier hit
