Montagne ParfumsAzonto4.73 ratingsI just unpacked my first montagne perfume, I had tried Ambery Vetiver by Dossier before which is also a dupe of Bal d'Afrique. BUT I will say, so far, the Montagne one feels slightly less sweet and a bit fresher & spicier, will upload a review later on.

They just get better with time! I have bottles that perform at peak right out of the box and others that need to mature. I buy a lot of mine second hand on Reddit because they’ve been fully matured!

I've been tempted to buy them second hand but I wanted my first Montagne experience to be through them. Specifically because of the "maceration". But it's ok I'll rotate it with others to let it macerated slowly. I'm so excited about how it's gonna change throughout its time 🙂↕️

My Opaline (Valaya dupe) was beastmode out of her box, but she is steadily getting stronger and projecting so much more. I love it. I’m one who uses them while they get to their full potential

All due respect to Byredo and Jerome Epinette for creating this masterpiece. But Montagne did an amazing job too and for a small fraction of the price. I can not compare this to many perfumes I know

Honestly this is MILES better than the Dossier dupe, Montagne's quality is insanely high for the price. When it dries a little it sticks to skin in a perfect mix of floral, woody, earthy and ambery
