When the weather is hot and I want to smell fresh, I reach for Herbes Troublantes. This is a green-smelling, aromatic citrus scent that dries down to an herbal musk. It maintains its “out of the shower” freshness for 4+ hours. Longevity is not is strong suit, so reapplication may be necessary. I’ve found layering the perfume over the Herbes Troublantes lotion extends the scent bubble longer. The citrus here is rounded and never gets “spiky” so it feels smooth the whole wear.

    Great review. There is a body lotion!? My mind is blown (and my wallet will shortly follow). This is a fab tip as the longevity is literally my only issue with this scent.

    There is (was) a lotion I got last year. Hope it’s still available. 🤞🤞🤞 I also have Neroli Outrenoir lotion too.
