   This is on my wishlist! But I also have to say, your pics are so gorgeous. I'm originally from Detroit, so this sw florida weather is killing me. I also think I have like, reverse seasonal depression? This blazing sun all day everyday is driving me up the wall. I miss cloudy skies, orange leaves, and being able to wear a cute sweater without melting. Michigan def isn't as beautiful as your pic, but it still reminds me of what home feels like.

      Thank you! My husband is originally from the midwest, and has actually been saying how much it reminds him of the UP. A serene, rugged beauty for sure. And I feel your pain; I was born in FL and grew up in SC, and have just slowly been moving further north and west my entire life to escape 🫠

      Ahh, the UP, Michigan's lil Canada. The whole state is really beautiful, but Alaska has it beat based on your pics. Unfortunately I followed my family to FL where its been hotter every year. Hoping to finally start moving back in the right direction, NORTH, in the next couple years.

      I’m usually a pretty big fan of sandalwood bases, and think this one is pretty creamy, but get that sandalwood goes pickle-y for others so understand the trepidation!

      I don’t get the pickle thing (I’ve no idea what people mean when they say perfumes smell like dill pickles as that’s something I’ve never smelt before lol).. it’s more that the creaminess that get really warm and overwhelming when I wear it.

      You’ve never had pickles before?! 😱 Usually a vinegary-briny-herbal dill scent (although sometimes they are a sweet-pickle but that’s more uncommon)

      Yep, we’ve been here for 5 years now; I’ve lived all over the place before the PNW! My sister lives in Seattle so we are over on the west side often (and where I have to get the majority of my in-person fragrance sniffing/shopping in, haha, since we don’t have great options here in Spokane).
