My mailbox smelled good. That is a problem

‼️UPDATE: the merchant reached out to me this morning and has already offered to ship replacement out. I’ve asked them to open the tube/package and crank that atomizer down before shipment. 🤞

Opened my mailbox looking forward to ScentMail and could smell it before I could see it. The box had the telltale wet stains that portended the doom inside.

Inside the box (which I opened in camera because “reasons”) the Bienaimé tube also showed stains of heartbreak.

The tube still sealed, I opened it to find a beheaded bottle…now completely empty.

A moment of silence…

Confident company will make it right but dang it!

      Yeah as soon as I smelled the mailbox and saw the stained (pristine…not crushed) box I knew I had to document.

    Oof, that's rough. I hope either the seller or delivery will make it right for you. I've got something coming today as well, and now I'm nervous despite never having had this happen. 😬🤞
