I recently discovered Gallery by Flo, where perfume is curated as art in a museum—I think it's only digital for the time being, but I would love to visit Flo's *physical* gallery!

Reminds me that I still need to visit the Aftel Archive of Curious Scents in Berkeley, CA—Mandy Aftel founded the first fragrance museum in the US, so I've GOT to visit. I used to work at UC Berkeley and would pass it regularly, but never visited!!! I didn't care about perfume nearly as much then, so I missed out😩

MAMM Vol.1 comes with 6 2.5ml samples and cost $38 before shipping. Some report wishing there was more in the mag about the source and story behind the included scents, but others appreciate it for its Furoku/loot magazine-inspired syncopation of fragrance with imagery, art, design and fashion. According to Gallerybyflo.com the "6 unique material inserts" are meant to "bridge the gap between olfactive raw materials and physical artistry." I'm psyched to cross that bridge❤️

    Love Gallery by Flo!! One of my favorite places to pick up samples. She has the most interesting fragrances!

      So happy I found her perfumery/storefront❤️has stuff I can't find anywhere else (Surrender to Chance does also btw, I highly recommend StC for vintage fragrances)
