The scent that made me fall in love with perfume again

Cozy fluffy patchouli for bedtime. I smelled this in a Walgreens during a difficult time in my life several years ago. Among many other things that were going on, I had recently lost my cat whose nickname was Angel. This did remind me of her, not because they smelled in any way similar (she smelled more like the deep drydown of Angel Elixir, a lovely fluffy powder), but because they were both soft and fluffy and sweet. I wore a dupe for a while because I couldn't afford the real thing. Now I have it, and it's The Bad Formulation, but the drydown is still just as beautiful. I don't wear it as often as I should because of the strong cassis in the opening of this formulation but I never regret it when I do. I don't know if it's my nose or my bottle, but I've had it for over a year now and the cassis in the opening seems to have softened considerably, making it much less pungent as I wait for my beloved drydown.
