Nothing crazy, but French avenue Nomad. It kinda smells like a rich pirate that just showered? Lots of vanilla, some saffron. Slight saltiness sometimes and it dries into a lightly sweet amber/white floral. Very clean airy scent. Theres citruses somewhere too

I personally wouldn't even mention dupes/inspired-bys. Boucheron Ambre d'Alexandrie. Picked up my bottle for around £65. Gorgeous fruity-spiced tobacco amber with a slightly animalic-suede salty base.

Is this a general statement or aimed at my suggestion, if so, what's nomad inspired by because i usually dont look too deep into fragrances other than scent. Why no mention of alternative frags?

Azzaro Chrome and its flankers are great. You can usually find them for under $30 on discounters. Montblanc Explorer is a good option under $40 for 100ml, as is the Platinum flanker. If you like violet, Montblanc Legend EdP is excellent as well. Banana Republic Metal Rain and 78 Vintage Green are fantastic fragrances, but lack in the performance department. For $13 for 30ml at Burlington, though, overspraying or reapplying isn't a big deal. Burberry Brit for Men is great for cooler weather and also runs around $30/100ml. Issey Miyake Pour Homme Intense and L'eau Bleue d'Issey are also great for around or under $40.

Excellent suggestions! Explorer and explorer extreme are crazy value to performance ratio and Issey Miyake has a bunch of full size offerings for around $20 at discounters and the L’Eau edt is killer!
