Looking for a summer scent

I have a specific image in mind that came seemingly out of nowhere: a scent that feels cold, sweet (but in a fresh or underripe fruit way, not syrupy or gourmand), translucent and pale gold (impression of the smell, not juice). Maybe sparkling, maybe with some mint leaves added, or transparent white flowers and roses. Feminine leaning.

I must have smelled something like this to have such clear images, but no idea what. Looking for any suggestions before the Australian summer hits!
