So I'm looking for something like Gris Charnel, something that is REALLY woody, but doesn't feel dry, something creamier, rounder and sweeter, but with a touch of a sensual, masculine vibe, notes I really like are spices, leather, fruity and some floral notes like jasmine, violet or different exotic flowers like Marigold. 🤔

Are you open to a boozy, spicy vanilla? Look into Frustration from Etat Libre D’Orange, same designer as Gris Charnel. Huge compliment-getter—fantastic to spray on the shoulders or arms of a winter overcoat while wearing something else complementary on skin. Another that might be closer to your ask is Centaurus from Creed.

Oh, and more on the spicy-leathery-woody end would be Halfeti, but it doesn’t get the creamy aspect.

I have and love Gris Charnel (extrait). If you haven’t already, you might try Iris Malikhan. I don’t like most iris scents, but this one I love.

I am not familiar with Gris Charnel but Teriaq Intense is sooo good! It is warm and sexy and slighty boozy. I can't wait to wear it in the cooler months. Another one is BBW Oud Suede. I am nottm really an oud fan but this is another warm ever so sexy scent. If you like Middle Eastern scents you will most likely enjoy this one.

BBW has 3 on the Pud Collection...Oud Suede, Oud Vanilla and Oud Berry. Keep in mind that this ia BBWs take so I don't believe there is any actual oud oil used. But all 3 are unisex in my opinion.

I would say Le Labo Santal 33. Somehow I find Gris a bit cloying, very hard to explain. But le Labo is a very very smooth with a similar profile.
