I think vanilla is in all my fragrances, but not a main player, just to soften things up. I also discovered over the years that I appreciate sandalwood a lot (now I specifically search for it in perfumes and love it).

Wine. I'm still out searching for that wine scent that leaves me speechless. So far, my favorite wine scents are Bohoboco Red Wine Brown Sugar & Precious Liquid Sangria Oak.
