Bittersweet 1st Day of First School

I logged my scent but has a little nostalgia tied to it. I purchased Burberry Brit Rhythm EDT during my 1st international trip and it smelled wonderful.

And it was the only perfume my mom complimented me on. She started me on my fragrance journey but we had such different tastes on everything, even in my choices for my children's education.

I stopped wearing this scent when she and I argued non-stop and cut ties. She then became gravely ill and I took care of her until she ultimately passed a few months later. It's been almost 5 years now...so I want to wear the scent again but tie a new memory to it so I layered it with Fleur Majesty Rose Royale as my oldest loves that scent and her middle name is Rose.

So here's to old and new memories as time keeps moving. Hopefully I start to move forward again.

      Thank you! My mom wanted the best for my eldest so I know she meant well. The Kayali overpowered the Burberry scent though so not much of a layer as much as a takeover 😅
