I noticed I crave fougeres when I'm ill. I'm usually not into fougere, but the sharpness of such scents feels like medicinal air clearing and cleansing my nostrils and lungs. Today I wore Azzaro pour homme early in the morning, and green Irish tweed in the evening.

It certainly can. If I feel like I need something to really focus and get in the grind, I like to use Terre d'Hermes or Bvlgari Terrae. Near the end of the workweek, I like to have something light and clean that feels relaxing as we wind down.

Yes, when I’m stressed I tend to lean more toward vanilla and gourmands for comfort. And if I’m tired and need a boost of energy, I might go for citrus.

💯 I try to match what im feeling every morning. Often I just watch something that is linear that I can just apply and go. When im tired I will wear a bright citrus like Torino 21 or Acqua Viva. When im filling myself and confident its Interlude 53 or Deified.
