Missing package

Edit to update: emailed fragrancenet after hours, auto responsed said 1-2 days they'd get back but then shortly after they said they are processing a replacement already. In shock at this customer service like damn 🙌

If fragrancenet shipped through Amazon and Amazon left me someone else's package and mine just says delivered am I gonna have to claim this back on my card? I have no proof and customer service is closed and I'm worried now

    Sorry to hear this happened to you. I would check with fragrancenet. You can send them an email. I've had an issue with my order before and they were very helpful. Hope it all gets resolved quickly 🤞

    Oh no! Document everything and email their customer service with photos, especially if there's an invoice in the box. In my experience, Fragrancenet has had fast and helpful customer service. Last time I emailed them at midnight, they responded by 10am.

      It's not a package from fragrancenet, it's just a random package cause I guess Amazon can be used as a delivery service on its own?

      I would still send them photos of the package you received - something addressed to a different address. In the meantime, if your package was meant to be delivered today, the driver probably delivered it to the wrong address, too. FedEx does that all the time in my area so people post to the local Facebook groups to ask people to keep an eye out and also post when they got someone else's.

    Ive received quite o few fragrancenet packages and none were ever delivered by amazon

      I didn't know it was a thing at all and I don't like it as I can't contact the carrier, it doesn't even give a real link or tracking number. It's their fragrance monthly thing so maybe just that ships through them? I got a package from them a couple weeks ago through normal post no issue

      So i was once a subscriber the the Puple Lux mail order. It would notify me when shipped through Apple i believe it was but it always arrived USPS

    I'd check with Amazon but with a rep. Find the request a call option. Pretty sure they can sort it out.

    I have used fragrancenet and my last package was missing 2 items. I mentioned that I got X but didn't get Y and they immediately replaced them

      They have definitely won me over, I went from afraid cause the deals seem too good to omg their amazing in a few weeks 😅

      And if you're using certain credit cards (like Chase) they often do cashback deals for FragranceNet so you can earn cashback and get a discount
