I haven’t explored enough middle eastern brands yet

Aside from Amouage technically. I haven’t seen Lattafa or many others throughout my in person journey.

I just don’t see the brands pop up whenever I’m shopping and I truthfully don’t know where to start.

This is going to sound annoying but I do travel a LOT for work (everyone loves video games…) so I will be in Saudi Arabia in November and I’m told the fragrance culture there is EXCELLENT.

I of course will do plenty of research ahead of time but I’d love any thoughts from the community - are there brands you love from the region? Any I should carve out free time to get my nose on?

    Omg I live in Saudi Arabia and you should absolutely make time for perfumery!! Here are the brands I recommend: Aromatic, Swiss Arabian, IBRAQ, Reef (a little basic but they have good scents) Gissah, Rasees, Taif Al Emarat, Arabian Oud. They always have very good deals going on where you can get multiple perfumes for a decent price. You may be able to find all of these in one mall depending on what city you visit. 🇸🇦💚

      Okay amazing, that’s where I’m located. You have to check out Riyadh Park Mall, Solitaire Mall and Riyadh Gallery Mall. Gallery Mall have a whole floor downstairs with just perfume stalls, it’s quite literally heaven 😍

    I like Swiss Arabian, French Avenue, Maison Alhambra and Lataffa tbh! They are being more and more common in perfumeries (not mall ones, but specifically perfumeries). Many are dupes but many are original. I'd try to find some with notes you already like to be secured on what to try. And ofc test it on skin before.

    Amouage, Nishane, Arabian Oud and Swiss Arabian all have great scents. Just have to find the ones that you love.
